The Marilyn Merlot Fiasco

Last week my hubby, who works crazy hours, came home at 3am from work and in his failed attempt at finding any wine in the house decided to go into my collectible Marilyn Merlot collection of wines and open and drink one of them!!!!! Not only that.. but it was one of my favorites, part of the "Norma Jean Vintage Collection" which are harder to find.... I researched and of course none of the local stores have it in stock anymore.....and although i DID find it online, its now selling for $50 a pop or more, when i bought it a few years ago for only $13.99. GRRRRR. I Love the way he tells me nonchalantly, the morning after his awful deed, "Oh, by the way, i drank one of your Marilyn wines last night cuz there was no other wine in the house" He acted like he had no idea i was collecting them. HELLLLOOOO, he knows I collect them, I mean why else would I be buying, storing and NOT DRINKING them. He knows I'm a wino. There's also the fact that I've mentioned to him several times since I began collecting them years ago to keep an eye out for the Norma Jean wines for my collection!!! Well, now he promises to get it for me again, but now he'll be paying alot more for it than I did originally......Men!
